Position: Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Blueprint Mastery: Proficiently read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
- Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes proactively.
- Change Order Expertise: Skillfully handle change order pricing to ensure project success.
- Project Prioritization: Manage and prioritize multiple projects concurrently with precision.
- On-Site Leadership: Conduct jobsite visits to provide support, address concerns, and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Value Engineering: Implement value engineering principles to optimize project outcomes.
- Timely Deliveries: Ensure materials are delivered on time to meet project schedules and client expectations.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate and manage project team members, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Scope Definition: Collaborate with general contractors to define project scope, goals, and deliverables clearly.
- Progress Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive reports on project progress, risks, and outcomes to management.
Requirements:
- Comsense Experience: Preferred but not required.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure project accuracy and quality.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges efficiently.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Capability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
