Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Initiation:
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential challenges and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to finalize project specifications.
- Project Execution:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring all construction activities adhere to project plans and safety standards.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
- Budget and Cost Management:
- Prepare and manage project budgets, track expenditures, and control costs.

- Reporting and Documentation:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the ICI construction sector.
- Proven track record in managing new builds, renovations, and fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
