The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of various projects, The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating with all members of our team in delivery of projects for which you are responsible. This position will involve managing subcontractors and vendors, as well as leading the day-to-day communication with the Owner and Architect. Projects are located across the US and will require some travel. **Applicants without resumes will not be considered.**
Qualifications:
- 5 years in FULL commercial construction management
- Must have a General Contractor experience
- Experience in Project Management of building Storage Facilities and Healthcare Facilities are a definitive PLUS!
- Hard-working "can do" attitude
- Able to develop and follow budgets, construction schedules, knowledge of permits
- Must be able to handle multiple ongoing projects at one time
- Able to read and understand scopes and plans
- Computer skills a plus!
- Excellent written and oral skills
- Must submit to and be able to pass background check and pre-employment qualifications
- Ability to understand the overall construction plan as set forth by the corporate office in order to implement, coordinate, and execute the project from start to finish
- Effectively supervises and manages our subcontractors, 3rd parties, and generally direct field activities
- Technical knowledge of construction trades, including HVAC work, electrical, plumbing, etc.
- Inspects projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes
- Evaluates and reports on the progress of construction activities and has the ability to address common issues that arise during the construction process
- Ability to travel when necessary
- Ability to pass a drug test
