REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of software sales processes, excel at reaching leads and establishing a great rapport with prospective clients. You will be expected to unearth opportunities using cold calls, email blasts, through partner channels, etc. You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills, and have the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.
OBJECTIVES:
Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing prospects and finding new potential sales outlets.
Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage them to create actionable next steps, leading to sales closure
Identify best practices to refine the company's sales playbook
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Utilize SalesForce, Zoominfo and other tools for prospecting to generate new sales opportunities.
Identify prospect's needs and map to our products.
Establish a great rapport with prospects and convert leads to sales opportunities
Oversee and manage sales POCs
Map prospects organizations and get buy-in at multiple levels.
Provide compelling quotes and close accounts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
3 years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets
Strong communication skills via phone and email
Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
Proficiency with SalesForce or other CRM software
Prior experience as a sales rep with a track record of achieving sales quotes.
Experience with Citrix, VMware and other cloud / digital workspace technologies a plus
Experience selling APM solutions is a plus
