Qualifications

Warehouse Management

• Maintain warehouse requirements for all Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers based on information provided by the Manager of Supply Chain – Warehouse
• Maintain holiday closing schedule for all 3PL providers based on information provided by the Manager of Supply Chain – Warehouse

   
  

  Inventory Control
  

• Enter receipt of goods for product received into Third Party Logistics (3PL) providers
• Ensure product is received into the Sage 100C Operating System timely
• Work closely with the Customer Experience Team to ensure Purchase Orders are received and closed in the Sage 100c Operating System
• Initiate credit requests for all inventory shortages and submit to Supply Chain Manager – Inventory for approval
• Prepare weekly inventory reconciliation reports and provide completed report showing all discrepancies to the Manager of Supply Chain - Warehouse
• Assist with Year-End physical inventory and reconciliation
  

Procurement

• Process all replenishment Purchase Orders as directed by the Manager of Supply Chain – Inventory
• Ensure all orders placed for replenishment are confirmed by suppliers no later than 24 hours after placing order
• Follow up on all replenishment Purchase Orders to ensure product is delivered timely and quantities fall within the industry standard amount
• Initiate Quality Concerns for product delivered that does not meet established unitization specs

   

  Quality & Service Concerns
  

  • Initiate all quality and service concerns that are reported by any 3PL provider at the time goods are received

  • 1-2 years experience in Inventory Management, Supply Chain Management and/or order processing
  • A strong analytical thinker who can gather and evaluate data
  • Mathematical aptitude

  • Basic problem-solving capabilities
  • Basic understanding of repeatable standardized process
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks in parallel
  • Ability to define and prioritize workload to meet the time sensitive demand of organization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Approach projects and deliverables with a keen attention to outcomes and timelines
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of Sage MAS100C a plu
