Scope of Responsibility: The Consultative Sales Associate is responsible for providing positive front-line contact with the customer. They will provide customer assistance and support while meeting the goals set for selling merchandise and related services, including Credit Acquisition, Leasing Programs, Protection Agreements, Delivery, Installation, and other miscellaneous revenue opportunities.
Job Summary: Consultative Sales Associates are responsible for ensuring that the customer's shopping experience is positive and assists in achieving store sales and service goals. They interact with customers to determine and meet customer needs, provide assistance and support, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Activities include the ringing of sales through the Point of Sale system or the On-line Kiosk. Protects company assets for the handling of sales detail, processing, and sorting. Maintains the sales floor standards, including sales floor recovery, sales floor replenishment, deluxing, and assembly of products needed for display, housekeeping, and presentation standards in the unit. Sets local and national marketing ads by putting up and taking down signs, as well as other related non-selling duties such as working price change notifications. Maintains a working knowledge of product lines by regularly reviewing product manuals and completing training modules. Demonstrates asset protection awareness.
