Scope of Responsibility: The Transition Store (TS) Sales Lead assists the Transition Store Supervisor with managing a team of consultative sales and associates within their assigned store. The TS Sales Lead is focused on enhancing the experience of our customers and driving sales through Providing proactive support to customers and associates. Driving sales, Protection Agreements, Credit, and Leasing performance. Executing merchandise presentation standards. Managing daily HR functions to include staffing, creating, and maintaining schedules. Processing daily banking and reports.Store opening and closing duties.
Job Summary: The Transition Store (TS) Sales Lead takes ownership of enhancing the customer experience leading by example, to set a customer-focused environment for the entire team. Provides daily coaching and training for sales associates to enhance each customer’s experience. Personally understands and teaches signals for help and how to respond immediately to support customers. Interacts with customers to determine and meet customer needs, providing assistance and support, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Reviews sales performance daily with the TS Supervisor and reacts immediately to opportunities and performance deficiencies. Ensures the Hometown Store Selling processes are followed, and sales performance standards are achieved. Trains and coaches team on merchandising, visual presentation, and customer service tactics that will enhance sales. Handles and resolves escalated customer issues. Coaches and trains the team on visual presentation standards and their impact on sales and customer service. Ensures endcaps, plan-o-grams, and typicals are set per direction and make an “in-stock statement” for our customers. Adjusts presentations based on sell-through and ensures price and sign accuracy. Ensures presentation and safety standards are in place throughout the day to make shopping easy for our customers. Performs audits on sales/refunds and disbursement detail. Ensures that the store operates in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company ethics policies. Protects company assets by following company policies and direction.

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
