What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Health Registered nurse position at Seasoned Recruitment?
We are currently looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our home health team. The ideal candidate should meet the following qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Provide non-skilled home health care to patients
- Conduct home visits to observe patients and their caregivers
- Perform patient assessments
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- On-call every other weekend
A company car will be provided: Gas, maintenance, etc. will be provided by the company

Requirements:
- Current BLS certification
- Valid driver's license
