DIRECTOR OF SOCIAL IMPACT RETAIL
Role Description : This is a full-time hybrid role as Director of Social Impact Retail. The person in this role will lead and manage the company's social impact initiatives and retail operations.
They will develop and implement strategies to enhance the company's offerings, as well as oversee the retail operations and manage staff to ensure an exceptional customer experience and achieve social impact and financial targets.
This role is located in St Paul, MN, with flexibility for some remote work.
Through our unique grocery model called co-retailing we have provided supportive retail services and consumer opportunities, including store shelves, for distribution / sale of products, while remitting the highest margins back to the maker of the product(s) - as high as 100% of margins.
