We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating CNC machines and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality parts and components.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts and components according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure they are in good working condition
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines as they arise
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure production goals are met
Skills:
- Proficient in operating CNC machines
- Strong knowledge of CAD software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues with machines
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
Requirements
- High School Diploma/ CNC technical diploma preferred
- 2 years’ experience operating CNC Lathe machines
- Experience with Fanuc controls and programming
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
