Industrial Maintenance Technician

Our products are highly variable and are found in on-highway trucking, construction, railroad, lawn and turf care, fire trucks, military vehicles, and a variety of other applications.
Seats Incorporated is currently seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to provide support to our various manufacturing and support areas.
Industrial Maintenance
This Industrial Maintenance position will require the employee to complete preventive machine maintenance, troubleshoot machine issues, and complete projects/work orders. Wages for this position are dependent upon experience, education, and certifications.
Work Experience, Skills and Education
- Minimum 2-year technical degree in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent is preferred.
- 1-2 years previous Industrial Maintenance experience is preferred.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently while using good judgment.
- Ability to fabricate assemblies using machining and welding techniques.
- Ability to program, install, troubleshoot, repair and modify machinery.
- Ability to use critical thinking and trouble shooting skills to solve problems.
- Ability to read and understand blue prints, and wire schematics.
- Basic knowledge of computers and programs such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Basic knowledge and training in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).
- Effectively communicate using written and oral communication skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license
