Responsibilities

Supervise engineering and maintenance staff and contractors. Coordinate, schedule, and manage maintenance and repair of building systems. Lead interdisciplinary teams of engineers, tradespeople, contractors, and vendors to accomplish the work in the most cost effective and timely manner possible. Assure compliance with all applicable regulations including, local and State, DNV and DOH. Manage operational expense and staffing resources required to support the facilities. Ensures the reliability of engineered systems within the hospital as it pertains to daily operations.

Requirements

Required Education/Experience:

  • Five (5) years related experience, including facilities/building management or operations.
  • Two (2) years of supervisory experience.

Required Credentials:

  • City of Seattle Grade II Steam License.

Preferred:

  • City of Seattle Grade I Steam License - Supervisory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field to supervising building operations.
  • Certified Healthcare Constructor by the American Hospital Association or the ability to maintain within twelve (12) months.

Min to Max Hourly Salary

$48.91 - $73.36 /hr

Min to Max Annual Salary

$101,732.80 - $152,588.80 /yr

Salary Information

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
