To be successful in this role, you:
- Have a BS degree in Computer Science, a related field or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Have advanced education in technology and/or management.
- Have 10 years of experience in leading multiple information processing and technology functions and teams (operations, development, procurement, etc.) at a senior level in a complex, evolving, organization.
Essential functions and Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develops strategies designed to deliver technology solutions, products & services which support enterprise-wide strategies, objectives, and goals.
- Develops strategies and identifies technology solutions, products and services offered by CHPW to CHNW Community Health Centers.
- Ongoing and continuous coaching, mentoring and development of staff to optimize individual performance and goals, while aligning with organizational strategic goals and business needs.
- Oversees the ongoing effectiveness and performance of all technology products and services such that they achieve expected business value.
- Reports relevant information and status effectively to business partners and key relationship stakeholders.
- Ensures accurate development and management of department budget(s).
- Sets direction for technology tools, equipment and system development standards and communicates these standards effectively across the department.
- Collaborates and drives consensus throughout the organization to appropriately achieve corporate-wide data and systems strategies.
- Sets direction for data quality, usage, and governance across the enterprise.
- Oversees programs that protect system, data, and technology assets from cyber-attacks in accordance with corporate risk management practices.
- Maintains existing and develops new policies, procedures, and processes in support of efficient business practices and regulatory requirements.
- Applies up to date knowledge of technology industry best practices in enterprise computing services and products.
- Oversees the procurement, implementation and maintenance of computer hardware, software, and related products and supplies for the enterprise.
- Supports and promotes CHPW’s Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
- Assures compliance with all external regulatory agencies and organizations for all areas of responsibility.

Compensation and Benefits:
The position is FLSA Exempt and is not eligible for overtime. Based on market data, this position has a salary range of $221,087 - $290,649 with a 15% annual incentive target based on company, department, and individual performance goals.

Salary : $221,087 - $290,649
