Responsibilities:
- Process warranty claims and ensure accurate documentation
- Review warranty policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- Communicate with customers regarding warranty claims and provide assistance
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve warranty issues and provide timely resolutions
- Maintain warranty records and databases
- Assist in the development and implementation of warranty programs and initiatives
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in warranty administration or related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of warranty policies and procedures is a plus
