What you’ll do:
- Process sales orders in SAP.
- Monitor current projects and coordinate all team members involved keeping installation workflow on track.
- Communicate timeline changes and new information to the project team. Coordinates installation with third-party vendors, co-workers, and customers.
- Manage the data for all project-related information; ensure all needed materials are current and properly filed and stored.
- Manage travel for the installation team within the assigned budget and ensure adherence to the travel policy.
- Organize and plan meetings with the project manager, either ad hoc or on a scheduled cadence.
- Work to improve the project process.
- Ensure on-time completion of all installation projects.

Do you have the following skills?
- Previous experience in administrative support, sales support, or similar project support role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superior computer skills; well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite, intermediate knowledge of Excel; experience using shared system resources (e.g., Google Sheets, SharePoint, Teams).
- Strong math aptitude with regards to calculating discounts, interest, percentages, and ratios.
- Able to multi-task accurately under pressure with exceptional flexibility.
- Able to produce quality work with strict deadlines.
This job does have some physical demands as well. Can you:
- Standing and walking at a desk.
- Heavy computer and phone use.
