Funding Paralegal

We’re seeking a skilled and experienced Funding Paralegal to support our growing legal team. The ideal candidate for this position will use their work experience and organizational skills to prepare and maintain funding tables and legal documents, interview and communicate with clients, and coordinate with financial institutions. • Conduct interviews with clients to gather information regarding their legal issues.
• Organize filing systems to ensure documents are properly sorted.
• Manage a large caseload.
• Track and adhere to deadlines regarding the administration.
• Attend Client and Staff Meetings.
• Assist in other administrative duties as assigned.

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in a legal or financial setting preferred, but not mandatory for candidates demonstrating strong competency in related skills.
• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred but not required.
• CRM experience preferred, but not required.
• High-level organizational and time-management skills.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills are crucial.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a small office environment and commitment to full- time in-office work.
• Occasional evening work, as needed.
• Candidates must be team players with a mindset posed for growth.
