Responsibilities:·
Manage, direct, and coordinate all accounting activities and personnel, setting performance expectations.· Fulfill managerial responsibilities in line with Bank policies and relevant federal and state laws.· Train employees, appraise performance, coach for exceeding expectations, and resolve problems.
Qualifications:·
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required.·
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.·
Five years of experience in a financial institution or related environment as a staff accountant.·
Excellent knowledge of financial institution accounting, tax, auditing, operations, and policy standards.·
Demonstrated superior customer service, strong analytical and communication skills.· Proven leadership and managerial success in coaching, motivating, and developing employees.·
Excellent organizational and time management/prioritization skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
