Position Summary
An exciting opportunity exists in Employer Benefit Solutions for a Customer Operations Analyst on the Client Implementation team. We are looking for an energetic and creative thinker, who enjoys project management and problem solving. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful management of changes and integrations for our large, sophisticated employers with diverse benefits and operations. You will work closely with internal and strategic channel partners to successfully manage key initiatives for current life and supplemental health clients including expanded benefit offerings and services, new technology, and administration changes.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
