Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
- Process/reconcile monthly credit insurance premiums and debt protection fees for an assigned block of clients/Financial Institutions.
- Resolve reporting issues at a client and customer level.
- Validate/reconcile rate administration fees issues.
- Work with clients/Financial Institutions to ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly reporting.
- Prepare, produce, and reconcile monthly billing statements.
- Research/resolve out of balance and eligibility issues.
- Answer calls from clients and customers.
- Ability to utilize basic skills to perform routine tasks
- Works utilizing clearly defined processes and procedures
- Ability to manage time well
- Self-starter
- Detail-oriented
Physical Job Requirements:
- Ability to utilize the keyboard, computer and/or mouse for up to 8 hours per day
- Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
- Ability to utilize the phone and/or virtual meeting platform for 2-4 hours per day
