Our HR organization is growing and seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support and improve how we attract and select new associates. The Talent Acquisition Specialist responsibilities include all things related to interviewing, offering, and the onboarding experience. They are the subject matter expert support for managers and HR partners in the US and Canada. Ultimately, you will help keep our hiring process smooth and ensure we recruit and retain high-performing employees.

Responsibilities
Dedicated support to our large field based service organization
Craft and update job descriptions
Develop pipelines of talent for critical roles
Conduct pre-screen interviews and coordinate candidate interviews throughout the interview process
Prepare and extend offer letters
Conduct compensation and benefits analysis for various roles
Organize candidates’ data (e.g. resumes, assignments and contact details) in internal databases
Design candidate experience surveys and analyze feedback
Perform background and reference checks
Prepare reports on new hire metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire)
Organize our employee referral process, including asking for referrals and managing bonus requests
Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing necessary paperwork, I9 collection, employee files, and scheduling trainings)
Perform other tasks as directed
Job Requirements:
Being a creative thinker, self starter, and problem solver
Passion for candidate experience and supporting internal customers within the Securitas organization
Demonstrated candidate sourcing abilities
High volume recruiting experience highly preferred
Interview concepts and skills
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
Basic knowledge of labor laws
Experience using professional social networks (LinkedIn, in particular)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Work experience in a HR or Talent Acquisition capacity preferred
Available to work onsite at a Securitas office location
BS degree in Human Resources Management, preferred
