Security Supervisor Responsibilities
- Working supervisor position that includes an office
- Helps with call outs, scheduling and payroll
- Manages a team of 6 officers
- Assists with the gate access control, patrols and vehicle patrols
- Works directly with the client
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of security operations with an emphasis on patrol, inspection, and response services
- High results orientation
- Must be able to multi-task and possess strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, at various social levels and across diverse cultures
