What is a \"Per-Diem\" Security Officer?

A per-diem Security Officer is like a substitute teacher or \"back-up\" Security Officer, but they help fill in at various client sites when our Security team calls out sick, takes vacation, etc. Per-Diem Security Officers are generally part-time, and must work 2 shifts per month to remain active. They are not obligated to accept shifts, but must be extremely reliable and committed to the shifts they do accept. Per-Diem officers are not on-call, but may receive requests with late notice.

• $16.00-$20.00 per hour (**pay rate dependent on site/post)
• Part-time (full-time may be available)
• Hiring for ALL shifts (flexible availability is required)
• No Security Experience Necessary

Our Per-Diem Security Officers work directly for the District Manager. The right candidate for this job will be highly independent, reliable, and present strong communication.

Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting

• Must have a GED or High School Diploma

• Walking/standing for long periods

• Flexible work availability

• Valid driver's license

• At least 18 years old

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
