The GSOC Manager position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by managing the security services and related operations provided to an assigned group of smaller accounts including client service and problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, new business development, operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, supervision and training.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive, security-related experience, law enforcement, emergency services, military, or other relevant experience. Previous experience working in and leading personnel in a Global Security Operations Center or similar command center experience.
• Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and motivate a team.
• Flexibility is required to include working second shift, overnights, weekends, and holidays as operational needs dictate.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, SharePoint)

• Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the company and across diverse cultures.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
