EXPERIENCE REQUIRED $15 to $17 an hour and up positions!!!

We are looking for quality, people to fill openings in Metro East, Illinois and surrounding areas (Edwardsville, Pontoon Beach, Granite City, Sauget, Cahokia and other locations).

Also have entry level positions that start at $13.50 to $15.50 per hour with no experience.

Full-time and Part-time openings; open availability highly desired.

Security is a 24/7 business.

The majority of our coverage includes weekends, afternoons, evenings, overnights, and holidays.

MINIMUM HIRING STANDARDS:

• Must be at least 21 years of age. (18 for no experience required positions).
• Must have at least one year security experience.
• Must have a professional demeanor and attitude.
• Must be reliable and have a strong work ethic.
• Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal and written communication
• Need to have average to above average computer skills.
• Must have a reliable means of communication (cell phone).
• Must have a reliable means of transportation (private transportation recommended as many locations have no public or limited public transportation access).
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
• Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED. If not, must be willing to complete the GED program within six months.
• Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including 6-panel drug screen (mouth swab and urinalyses are both used) and background investigation (drug screen includes THC, amphetamines, narcotics, hallucinogenic substances, and other)
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required for some locations.
