Security Officer Entry Level openings $15.00 to $16.00 (No experience).
Security Officer with some experience $16.00 to $17.00 (About 6 months to 1.75 years).
Security Officer with a lot of experience $17.00 and up (2 or more years).
Securitas is looking for quality, people to fill openings in Edwardsville, Pontoon Beach, and Sauget areas.

Security is a 24/7 business.
The majority of our coverage includes weekends, afternoons, evenings, overnights, and holidays.

MINIMUM HIRING STANDARDS:
· Must be at least 21 years of age. (18 for non driving positions)
· Must have a professional demeanor and attitude.
· Must be reliable and have a strong work ethic.
· Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal and written communication
· Need to have average to above average computer skills.
· Must have a reliable means of communication (cell phone).
· Must have a reliable means of transportation (private transportation recommended as many locations do not have public transportation or access to shelter).
· Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
· Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.
· Must have a High School Diploma or GED. If not, must be willing to complete the GED program within six months.
· Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including 6-panel drug screen (mouth swab and/or urinalyses are both used) and background investigation (drug screen includes THC, amphetamines, narcotics, hallucinogenic substances, and other)
· Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required for some locations.
