MINIMUM HIRING STANDARDS:

· Must be at least 18 years of age to be a Security Officer in the State of Illinois, (Company requirement of age 21 for positions that will include driving. All are positions will include driver certification).

· Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required.

· Must have a reliable working communication (cell phone).

· Must have a reliable transportation (private transportation is required) (Catching a ride is not considered reliable transportation).

· Must be willing to participate in the Company's Security Officer pre-employment screening process, including 6-panel drug screen (mouth swab and/or urinalyses are both used) and background investigation (drug screen includes THC, amphetamines, narcotics, hallucinogenic substances, and other)

· Must have a High School Diploma or GED. If not, must be willing to complete the GED program within six months.

· Must have a professional demeanor and attitude.

· Must be reliable and have a strong work ethic.

· Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal and written communication.

· Need to have average to above average computer skills.

· Must have the legal right to work in the United States.

· Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.

Our three main Company Operation Centers are in Parsippany, NJ, Chicago (Downers Grove), IL, and Westlake Village, CA.
