Our mission is to help companies protect their most important assets.  Utilizing state-of-the-art technology combined with great people, we design custom solutions for our clients.  We are expanding our management team and are currently seeking candidates to manage our Client’s Data Center in West Jordan, UT.

As a Regional Security Specialist (RSS), you will support one of our key Global Clients in providing best-in-class security services. Taking over and leading a team of supervisors and security officers, the role will involve engaging with the Client at a senior level and managing security projects ensuring appropriate standards of performance, conduct and behavior, motivating and encouraging them, as well as setting strong moral and ethical standards. 

As a tactical leader, the Regional Security Specialist role will be accountable for driving and implementing projects through to their satisfactory completion, on time, on budget and against pre-defined objectives. The RSS will be responsible for the development and execution of client excellence - implementing solutions enabling efficiency programs, growing, and strategically developing a strong partnership and network at all levels.

To be considered for the program, you will need to have the following experience and abilities:

• Previous management and leadership experience.
• Customer service management
• Possess strong operational and management. 
• Flexible and innovative approach with excellent communication skills   
• Experience scheduling employees, as well as counseling and mentoring employees. 
• High level qualifications in risk management & avoidance, desirable   
• Demonstrated track record of superior customer service.
• Highly professional and ethical with unquestioned integrity. 
• Strong planning, organizing, and decision-making abilities. 
• Conscientious and demonstrated initiative. 
• Excellent interpersonal skills. 

Benefits

Depending on experience, Securitas will offer a starting salary of $58,000-$62,000/year, in addition to a full benefits package that includes:

• medical insurance, life insurance, dental, and vision
• four floating holidays, six sick days, 10 vacation days
• 401K
