Description
This positions is responsible for helping with the installation, maintenance, upgrade and troubleshooting of computers, workstation software and printers/scanners with an existing IT team.
Requirements
Must be able to answer and delegate HELPDESK support emails, phone calls and tickets to the appropriate IT personnel. Periodic communication with vendors required to deal with warrant and repair claims. Knowledge of Office 365 a plus. Great opportunity to advance to a more technical position.
Partial hybrid position after training. 40 hours per week.
