Essential Job Functions:
The ability to have an overall systems and organizational view of operations and apply your current knowledge, skills, and abilities to improve processes and help energize and implement future strategic improvements that keep Security Federal Savings Bank relevant.
IT Service:
- 2023-2024 Initiatives
- Routine maintenance updates
- Routine (non-complex) IT tickets
- Provide entry level network and systems reviews and improvement recommendations.
- Provide an end of internship summary and plan of action (If they were to continue working at SFSB).
IT Management:
- IT Plans and Policy reviews.
- Business Communications
- IT Strategic Planning
Requirements
- Currently majoring in or recently completed (within the last 6 months) a degree in an information technology area to include but not limited to: Information Security, Cybersecurity, Networking, Computer Science, Security Management, Management Information Systems, Computer Forensics, or Information Systems and Technology. Junior or Senior level student preferred.
- Familiar with MS 365 Suite of products.
- Familiar with and able to understand network diagrams and associated network hardware (physical and virtual).
- Experience in patching and maintaining firmware and Operating systems.
- Service Desk/troubleshooting skills and experience.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Good customer service skills.
- Dependable/reliable.
- Prior work experience in any field.
- Experience working with a team.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to define and resolve problems. collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
