As a Manager in Training, we will prepare you to manage your own branch, typically within 6 months. We are looking for strategic thinkers with problem solving skills.
In this role, you can expect to participate in a hands-on comprehensive training program to prepare you for a Manager position. You will:
- Obtain a deep understanding of day-to-day branch operations that includes taking customer applications, processing loans, taking payments, and completing collection calls.
- Learn best practices to market for new customer business.
- Travel to other branches in the area to learn from other successful branch managers.
- Immerse yourself in Security Finance’s “People First” culture.
