SUMMARY: Provides accounting and administrative support to the accounting manager.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Processes accounts receivable, accounts payable, and incoming payments
- Performs general office duties such as filing, answering telephones, and handling routine correspondence
- Performs day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables' data
- Prepares bills, receivables, invoices and bank deposits
- Verifies discrepancies while resolving billing issues
- Facilitates payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
- Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Data entry skills
- Reconciliation of credit card statements and various other types of statements
- Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years Experience with Quick Books
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Commitment to excellence and high standards
- Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
- 2 Years Experience with Quick Books
- Experience using Microsoft Excel
