Overview:
Security Title is looking to hire a receptionist for a full-time position. The position also requires running errands and data entry. Candidates should have excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly attitude. Knowledge/experience with a title company or in real estate is a plus, but not required.
As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary
- Perform general clerical duties, such as data entry and filing
- Assist with order entry
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with special projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong typing skills with attention to accuracy
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of office procedures and basic clerical tasks
- Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills
