SECURITYBRICKS, Inc. is a cybersecurity advisory firm focused on cloud security and compliance. SECURITYBRICKS is a FedRAMP 3PAO, an CMMC C3PAO, a ServiceNow Build and Specialist partner and a Microsoft Government cloud partner.

SECURITYBRICKS operates in a remote, yet collaborative work environment. We are U.S. based with consultants working remotely in all 4 U.S. time zones and are looking for someone who can thrive within this environment. We are heavily customer focused, and our business comes predominantly from repeat business. A customer central mindset is a must.

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator .

Role Description

You Will:

  • Responsible for all bookkeeping functions
  • Handling all Accounts Payable and Receivable
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • General Ledger
  • Generating invoices
  • Perform General Ledger entries and prepare reports and statements
  • Run and reconcile monthly financial statements
  • Prepare a trial balance
  • Prepare financial reports including P&L
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state and local legal requirements
  • Monitor for variances from the projected budget
  • Advise management on compliance requirements
  • Process timesheets, expenses, and 1099 contract labor invoices.
  • Process payroll through Quickbooks online
  • · Provide 401k administration for newly eligible participants and coordinate end of year information required.
  • · Health, dental and insurance administration
  • · Manage Human Resource operations including arranging interviews, onboarding/offboarding new employees.
  • · Maintain and manage office operations and procedures.
  • · Serve as point person for office administration
  • · Execute ad hoc requests

You Are:

  • Compassionate about learning the ins and outs of a small business
  • Diligent with follow up and tracking
  • A proactive, organized, and a self-starter
  • Comfortable with learning cloud-based systems independently
  • Agile and flexible in response to changing priorities and needs
  • Highly competent with MS Office Suite

You Have:

  • Associates or bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration (preferred)
  • 3 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience (required)
  • 2 years of QuickBooks Online experience (required)
  • 3 years of accrual & double entry bookkeeping experience (required)
  • 2 years of 1099 & W2 payroll experience (required)
  • 2 years of multi-state (more than 2 states) payroll tax experience (required)
  • 3 years MS Office Suite experience (required)
  • QuickBooks Online Certification (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive in identifying what needs to get done and knows how to manage priorities accordingly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $64,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year
