Job Title: Agile Coaches
Location: This is a fully remote position.
Our client's Colleague Success Enablement team is moving from Project team Enablement to Product team Enablement as well. This is the firs time for the Enablement Team to be taking on working with product management team for their success. They're looking for an Agile Coach, who does not necessarily need to be certified but can be a product manager who has coached team members on Agile Methodologies.
- 3-5 years of experience coaching product teams with Agile Methodologies
- Ability to sit with the team and coach them on: 1) Velocity Measurement & 2)Spring Planning
- hands-on experience is MUST
