Rate of Pay : $16 per hour based on experience

We are looking for a hospitality-focused Guest Services Specialist to join our team! This position is responsible for overseeing all of the day-to-day responsibilities at the front desk of Residential Independent Living and Radford Green, our health and rehabilitation center.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of the Guest Services Specialist:
- Greet and direct residents, visitors, staff and handle questions/concerns efficiently.
- Operate phone system and direct calls efficiently.
- Monitor reception area traffic; directing, deliveries, packages, etc.
- Maintain accurate information, pertaining to residents being off campus, via the away book, away latch log and shift pass along.
- Monitor Fireworks Computer and all Fire Panels and dispatches Security to appropriate locations
- Monitor Accushield, vigil systems and emergency calls and alert appropriate personnel.
- Call “911” as backup for nursing and/or security when needed.
- Attendance is essential to this job. Must maintain dependability and punctuality as outlined in Sedgebrook’s Attendance Policy. Must have flexibility with scheduling, with an understanding that there are no set schedules.
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Receptionist or office administrator experience required.
- Must be able to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have great written and verbal communication skills.
- MS Office experience required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Must be able to speak conversational English to communicate with residents, visitors, family members, supervisor and co-workers.
