To train colleagues on the expense reimbursement and invoicing tool. To maintain international and domestic client and customer relationships. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES 5% - Trains domestic and international Brand Protection operations colleagues on the Concur invoice and travel & expense system. 5% - Corresponds with international and domestic vendors regarding billing and payments. 45% - Performs financial reconciliations on payment and statement records, including coding and processing all business unit operations invoices into invoice systems and tracking accruals for monthly P&L reporting until invoices are received and processed. 10% - Coordinates the physical printing of checks in support of reimbursement service offering 20% - Runs ad hoc reports and performs analysis. 10% - Supports access management processes as needed 5% - Oversees case management tasks including entering cases, updating cases and follow-up with case owners on open tasks <1% - Coordinate meetings and ordering food and department supplies, when necessary. ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES Performs other duties as assigned. Supports the organization's quality program(s). Travels as required. QUALIFICATIONS Education & Licensing Bachelor’s degree in from an accredited college or university preferred. Experience Two (2) years of accounts payable/accounting procedure experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Skills & Knowledge Excellent oral and written communication skills PC literate, including Microsoft Office products Strong organizational skills Great attention to detail Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team environment Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies WORK ENVIRONMENT When applicable and appropriate, consideration will be given to reasonable accommodations.
