We are looking to grow our short term rental cleaning team. This is an exciting opportunity to enter the hospitality business and create memorable experiences here in Sedona. At least 1 year of cleaning experience is required. Prior experience cleaning residential vacation homes is preferred. Training is provided. Looking for reliable team members who show up on time and have their own transportation. We pay a flat rate per house which is generally equivalent to $25 - $45 per hour. Cleaners have the ability to create their own schedule and work flexible hours. All candidates must be dependable, trustworthy, and self-starters. This is a 1099 contractor position.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness of entire interior and exterior of homes
  • Stage home before guest arrival
  • Change linens
  • Clean and fold towels
  • Communicate status of home with manager and cleaning team
  • Ability to install and utilize software apps on smartphone to report maintenance tasks
  • Clean surfaces, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, floors, and outdoor spaces
  • Follow cleaning checklists
  • Report maintenance and cleanliness issues to manager and team
  • Pick up and drop off laundry and supplies daily at our office in Cottonwood
  • Ability to regularly travel to Sedona, Village of Oak Creek, and Cottonwood for cleanings

Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation
  • GED/High School Diploma
  • 1 year cleaning experience
  • Ability to lift 20lbs
  • Available for day shifts between 10am-6pm
  • Must have availability on Sunday
  • Must have holiday availability
  • Ability to use cleaning chemicals

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $22.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
