Job Summary
The Stockroom Associate position is responsible for completing operational tasks that support the efficient and timely shipping and receiving of orders, supplies, equipment, and other items. This role requires someone able to work with urgency while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Stockroom Associate Responsibilities:
- Direct communication with retail stores & follow-through on all questions
- Printing/filing/billing frame replenishments & stock orders
- Printing/filling/billing accessory replenishments & stock orders
- Pulling miscellaneous supplies for the retail stores
- Supporting stores with specific frame requests (locating & pulling frame, troubleshooting any questions)
- Sorting and processing incoming product
- Perform other duties as requested to support the department
Stockroom Associate Requirements:
- This is a physical role and the ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects/boxes up to 30lbs is a requirement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Data entry
- Email proficiency-Microsoft Outlook
- Office Suite Software- Microsoft Office
- Follow all safety protocols
- Ensure work is completed in a safe and efficient manner
Work environment:
- Warehouse/Stockroom environment
