Seed of Life Labs, a premier and fully licensed Montana cannabis company, is seeking a skilled and passionate Edible Manufacturer to join our dynamic team. As an Edible Manufacturer, you will play a crucial role in our vertically integrated operation by crafting high-quality, delicious cannabis-infused products such as gummies, candies, cookies, pretzels, and more. Responsibilities:

• Execute recipes for a variety of cannabis-infused edibles, including gummies, candies, cookies, pretzels, and other product lines.
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately, ensuring precise dosing and consistent product quality.
• Operate manufacturing equipment, such as mixers, ovens, molds, and cookware, while adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
• Maintain meticulous records of ingredients, processes, and production logs to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate closely with the R&D team to create innovative new products and improve existing recipes.
• Monitor product consistency, taste, texture, and appearance to meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any manufacturing issues or deviations from expected results.
• Conduct regular inventory checks, order supplies, and manage ingredient stock levels.
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines governing the production of cannabis-infused edibles.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, new ingredients, and culinary techniques to continuously enhance product offerings.

Qualifications:

• Valid Montana worker permit
• Demonstrated knowledge of food safety regulations and good manufacturing practices (GMP) is a bonus.
• Preferred familiarity with cannabis-infused product manufacturing, including knowledge of cannabis extraction methods, but not required.
• Ability to follow recipes and formulas accurately, ensuring consistent product quality.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to a rapidly evolving industry and meet production demands.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and comply with all state and local regulations regarding cannabis employment.
