Position Summary:

Essential Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Interacting with guests by taking their orders, making recommendations, providing accurate bills, serving food and drinks promptly, processing payments, and ensuring guests have everything they need in a timely manner.
- Ability to address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism, offering expert guidance on menu items and accommodating special requests.
- Strong attention to detail in table setup, presentation, and overall cleanliness of dining area.
- Handling multiple tables efficiently, ensuring all guests receive attentive and personalized service.
- Must be 18 years old.
- Proficient in English, with additional proficiency in Spanish considered a valuable asset.
- Non-slip shoes are mandatory for a safe working environment (please note that company does not provide).
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
Proficiency Standards:
- Endurance: Ability to stand for extended periods during guest interactions and service.
- Leadership: Set a standard of excellence in guest service, inspiring teamwork and positivity among server team.
- Lifting: Strength and capability to handle trays of food and beverages, as well as perform tasks that involve lifting and carrying items.
- Observation: Ensure quality and presentation of dishes served to guests, maintaining high standards of freshness and appearance.
- Communication: Clear and effective interaction with guests and team members, including conveying orders and addressing inquiries.
- Dexterity: Skillful handling of plates, glassware, and utensils for precise service and table setup.
- Tolerance to Environmental Conditions: Able to work in diverse environmental conditions typical of restaurant settings, including exposure to heat, humidity, and cleaning agents.
- Step-Stool and Ladder Usage: Ability to utilize step-stools or ladders as needed for accessing storage areas or performing tasks.
