YOUR CHALLENGE
As a Head of RTB you will be responsible for one of the main growth drivers and revenue streams for Seedtag. You will be the owner of its PNL committing to deliver on targets while leading the monetization strategy for the Seedtag Exchange. Its primary roles and challenges will be:
- Working closely with the Head of Programmatic and CEO to define priorities and ensure success.
- Working along the VP of Supply on defining priorities and goals to ensure we become an strategic partner for publishers by improving their yield.
- Rolling out new solutions for publishers with the Supply team, gathering external feedback and identifying new opportunities or improvement.
- Empowering the Seedtag Exchange by partnering with key demand partners worldwide, guaranteeing quality and monetization to our supply partners.
- Collecting feedback from internal stakeholders and working alongside with the Business Intelligence team to drive key insights to the rest of the company to impact Seedtag’s business.
- Positioning the Seedtag Exchange as one of the top exchanges worldwide by providing added value to our partners that goes beyond standard revenue streams.
- Building a new team, fully dedicated to the Seedtag Exchange, who will be on top of managing and optimizing tech stack.
- Overseeing and overcoming challenges and barriers from different regions or markets by providing data-driven outputs to the team.
YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF
The ideal candidate will possess (1) leadership experience in a relevant tech or tech enabled organization, (2) a track record of delivering results and (3) superior advisory, relationship, and stakeholder management skills necessary to drive growth.
- At least 6 years of professional experience, including broad business experience and 4 years of experience at highly analytical role
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced tech or tech enabled business that is/are a reference in the industry (e.g. speed and agility, results, quality of management, processes & tools,…)
- Strong bias for action, passionate for results and impact, and sense of prioritization. Able to think “80/20” and filter down to what most matters to maximize value creation.
- High level of initiative. Invites, challenges, and explores new ideas while understanding and communicating risks to the organization.
- You are techy adept to lead the department into the adoption of the most suitable ad technology tools, platforms, and processes.
- You are a data-driven thinker and problem solver.
- You have the ability to think quickly and critically on a broad range of revenue challenges.
- You are business oriented. Balance between Product and business skills.
- You have negotiation skills to develop the relationship through face-to-face discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of the adtech ecosystem is a plus (protocols & different kinds of integrations such as oRTB, prebid, sdk...)
