Organization: SEEK Education Inc. is a nonprofit, 501(c) organization that provides effective treatment for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. We develop and implement treatment guided by the principles and practices of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), to produce learning environments with documented effectiveness and results.
Summary: Under the general direction of the Controller and with a high degree of independence will provide a variety of support in the accounting department. Have a experience working with payroll process, Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and QuickBooks. Able to process billing, including accounts receivable and general ledgers on a monthly basis while maintaining strict confidentially. Other duties are assigned and works closely with other members of the accounting department.
Experience/Knowledge Required
- At least 2 years of educational background in business or accounting related field
- Minimum one (1) years experience in accounting
Additional Qualifications :
- Must have a reliable source of transportation.
- Posses a valid CA driver's license and car liability insurance.
- DOJ Clearance
- Pre-employment physical & drug clearance
- Negative Tuberculosis test.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
