POSITION Mixer Operator
JOB LOCATION Menomonie, Wisconsin
STARTING DATE Immediately
EMPLOYMENT TERM Temp to Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) 1st Shift (7 : 00am - 3 : 30pm, Mon - Fri) *schedules may vary due to business needs
STARTING PAY $ hour
REQUIRED EDUCATION HSD / GED or equivalent required
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Previous factory or warehouse is preferred, must be comfortable wearing a respirator
Employees will aid in the manufacturing of animal supplemental products and may take a supervisory role and ensure production runs smoothly.
Employees may also perform quality checks and clean and maintain production equipment.
Responsibilities :
- Mixing product and transferring batches
- Completing checklists of batches for record
- Following mixing procedure step by step
- Completion of all paperwork associated with mixing
- Clean up work area as needed
Qualifications :
- Ability to lift 20-30 lbs. frequently
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. occasionally
- Basic Math Skills
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Must be able to wear a respirator
