Job Description

The Operations Program Lead is a key strategic and influential role within the Office & People Support (OPS) Team and across the broader business. The purpose of OPS is to manage the office, facilities and events for SEEK as well as ensuring high levels of internal administrative support to the SEEK employees.

You will be responsible for finding solutions to complex operational issues by uncovering, extracting, and analysing data across all areas of OPS, Office Experience, Facilities and Events & Social investment, to provide critical operational insights, analysis, and recommendations. These insights help find opportunities to improve operational efficiency, and lead change as required. The role strives to deliver continual improvement opportunities within the operations space, and by partnering with appropriate teams and customers across the business.

Responsibilities

• Development and ongoing management of an OPS dashboard designed to help collect metrics and lead priorities across the team
• Extract, analyse and interpret qualitative and quantitative data across all OPS streams to help define trends and inform decision making
• Provide behavioural-based insights to help facilitate continuous improvement and development to SEEK’s ongoing operations
• Help implement new procedures or initiatives and educate the business on operational changes
• Support OPS leadership team and their streams to proactively monitor and update priority, progress, and performance
• Work with the Head of OPS to design, embed and support a set of communication principles and associated guides to help streamline communications internally across the OPS team as well as more broadly into the business.

Qualifications

• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills with the ability to customise reporting data to meet various audience needs
• Flexible, common sense mindset, ability to ‘think on your feet’ and strong problem solving skills
• Clear  written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced understanding and application of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Understanding of the role connecting people, teams, and office environments have on building a strong culture
• Ability to build rapport and trust easily
• Strong understand of operations management across multiple sites.
