What you will do on a typical day:
- Answer internal emails relating to sales orders
- Accurate and efficient data entry of customer purchase orders into our computer system
- Monitor orders from entry to the time they are shipped from Sefar to our customers
- Help provide world class customer service and data entry to our growing base of customers
- Work within a team of strongly motivated individuals to ensure our customers’ needs are met
What you need to succeed at Sefar:
At a minimum, you will need:
- Solid organizational skills with a detail oriented focus
- Strong computer and typing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
It would be great if you also have:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or 2 years’ experience in a similar role
