Primary Function
The Creative Service Project Manager (CSPM) will be the Project Manager within Creative Services managing the Traffic side of Creative Service to ensure all schedules & communications are in place. The CSPM will work with the Creative Service Manager to create schedules to ensure that all packaging/assets are delivered on schedule. This will include working with our first party partners to provides status, direction, recommendations and comments to ensure that all relevant brand guidelines are adhered to and that all marketing materials (either digital or package related) are approved.
Communication, scheduling, strong team management & excellent design knowledge is the key to this role and therefore requires a highly organized and creative individual! You will use online tracking and approval system for territory and internal approvals, in addition to implementing the best method of closing external and IP holder approvals. Therefore, the ability to adapt to new systems whilst formulating ways to improve the current workflow, scheduling, & communication, is vital.

Specific Job Duties
- Work with Creative Services Manager (CSM) to develop schedules & manage milestones for all deliverables
- Work with CSM in planning and coordinating the production of creative assets (giving creative input when needed) through daily update meetings with the designers
- Work with CSM to create, update, and implement organizational processes to help increase efficiency across the CS team
- Assist in proactively reviewing campaign asset list for accuracy
- Create workback schedule as needed based off of request/brief provided by Brand
- Ensure timely delivery of all assets in order to meet submission dates (including age ratings, special edition elements, merchandise and promotional goods)
- Communicate production deadlines to the Creative Services team
- Oversee the online approval/schedule system
- Collaborate across departments to ensure deadlines are met, and blockers are escalated
- Manage approval submission process across internal departments and external partners, vendors, and ratings boards.
- Manage assets to and from the Traffic Team and update RoboHead accordingly.
- Specialize in everything RoboHead related, including troubleshooting, presenting new updates, and working directly with IT and the RoboHead contact to resolve any issues.
- Be the other point of contact for project status updates within CS.
- May need to assist in updating and editing files that have been rejected.
- Update and manage projects within RoboHead.
- Other duties as assigned by manager.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Has 3 years of Graphic Design experience and 1 years of Project Management experience
- Technical proficiency on Mac or PC: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
- Proficient in RoboHead and First Party websites.
- General understanding of ESRB and the approval process.
- Working knowledge of: Bridge, Microsoft Office.
- Must be able to prioritize work efficiently and meet strict deadlines.
- Must be able to create, communicate, and collaborate on schedules to meet departmental goals.
- Must be able to handle multiple projects.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and give constructive critiques.
