The Investment Manager Services Division (IMS) at SEI is growing rapidly and is seeking new members on our Product & Solutions team. As a Product Manager, you will play a key part in driving the growth of the platform forward by helping to understand complex business challenges in order to create new business solutions. You will work across multiple business lines to implement new clients and support existing clients while developing new product offerings.
What you’ll do:
Enjoy executing on the craft of product management
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for successful business outcomes associated with a specific product or set of products.
You will work with other Business Analysts and technical teams to guide and participate in product design sessions in order to develop scope and define backlog items.
You will write user stories, build wireframes or prototypes, and work with the BA team to ensure a consistent and complete approach to communicating work, objectives and requirements to our partners on the technical teams.
You will work with the technical team to validate technical design, perform user acceptance testing, and ensure that the roadmap is being executed.
Continuously look for ways to make your product more impactful
You will work with the Product Director, internal stakeholders and external stakeholders to design and implement the product roadmap, prioritize the roadmap in line with our business objectives and strategy, and communicate the roadmap across the organization.
You will be responsible for working with Solutions, internal stakeholders and clients on a regular basis to understand the market need, do market research, validate the strategy and roadmap.
Continuously evaluate the impact of product and feature development based on business objectives identified as part of the design process.
Build relationship and work cross-functionally
You will support the sales and technical sales teams, as well as Operations teams and other internal clients- with the goal of driving adoption, understanding and engagement internally and externally.
You will evangelize for the product internally and externally, work with Solutions, Marketing and other internal teams to determine marketing strategy, pricing strategy and identify other strategic opportunities.
You will help the technical team support the product, and take ownership of all issues and resolution.
What you bring to the table:
BA / BS degree
A minimum of 8 years of experience in a Product Management role within an Agile framework
Curiosity and critical thinking that manifests in customer-centric product design and development
Proven team leadership experience and self-awareness to invest, grow and scale your team
Experience in financial services and exposure to accounting engines and other sources of data relevant in the financial services space a plus
Experience with user experience/design a plus

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary commensurate with experience, estimated to start at $80,000 to $130,000 annualized. Exempt position, not overtime eligible.
