REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to manage large scale software and hardware projects and hold others accountable
- Budgeting and scheduling skills
- Ability to tackle big ambiguous projects and problems/questions
- Research/anthropology/documenting mindset
- Ability to adopt a beginner’s mindset
- Change Management/ Change Agent Communication skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel (production floor to Sr. leadership)
- Ability to communicate with users, understand their needs and document their requirements
- Add diversity of thought, and provide thought leadership
- Desire to innovate and stay up-to-date on new technologies and developments in IT systems
- Ability to make recommendations and influence non-technical leadership
EDUCATION
- A two-year technical degree in related industry
EXPERIENCE
- Project Management experience (5 years)
- Program Management experience preferred
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required
SOFTWARE SKILLS
- Expert user of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Deep understanding of the pros and cons of various Software Project Management Practices, particularly the waterfall and agile approach
- Strong working knowledge of IT applications, infrastructure, security, and cloud services
- Good understanding of the SDLC and ITIL methodologies
