Overview
Seldin Company is seeking an Apartment Grounds/Make Ready Technician at Pinehill Park and Tara Villas apartment communities in Bellevue, NE. and Papillion, NE. This is a Conventional property group with 204 units. This position will pay up to $19 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education. The schedule for this position will be Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm.

What You Will Do
The Make Ready Technician will maintain the physical condition and appearance of the community, perform minor and routine maintenance/repairs, and provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents.
Skills and Requirements
- Grounds/Maintenance experience
- Ability to work independently
- Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
