This position ensures a high degree of customer satisfaction by interpreting, developing, and executing work plans to satisfy customer staffing requirements.
What you will do:
• Recruit and screen well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders
• Manage relationship between client staff and SelecSource associates
• Attending meetings with client regarding production, planning, etc.
• Producing daily/weekly/monthly reports as required by the clients
• Manage staff to ensure proper compliance with company and client standards
• Assists with performance evaluations of employees on assignment
• Works with client and site staff to improve cycle time, employee relations and turnover
• Monitors employees for proper safety compliance and facilitates the initial treatment and reporting of workers’ compensation incidents at the site
• Conduct new hire orientations, site tours and equipment certification
• Manage the onboard of new hires and ensure compliance documentation is correct, completed and up to date.
• Build relationships with staff at all levels; assure that new employees integrate effectively into the organization; improve working relationships, increase employee engagement and improve associate retention.
• Resolve employee relations issues (including conducting detailed and fair investigations) and provide coaching, counseling and guidance to management and staff as needed.
• Maintain personnel files of SelecSource associates assigned to client location.
• Responsible for employee records and job orders being accurate, complete and well maintained. Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by SelecSource management team.
What you should have:
• 1-2 years staffing related or HR experience
• Previous high volume recruiting experience
• Ability to handle issues that are deemed sensitive and confidential
• Ability to work in a challenging and demanding environment
• Self-driven, vibrant and passionate
• Innovative mindset to promote continuous improvement
• Excellent communication skills
• Effective time management strategies with ability of meeting tight deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with employment laws, regulations and best practices
